We will be looking closely at Mary this year, as she is our class saint. We will explore why she is special to our school and our faith. The children created a lovely class display and joined in a lovely collective worship to show our appreciation to Mary for bringing us Jesus. 

 

We are beginning to learn the Hail Mary, the special prayer for Mary. It would be great if you could practise this at home. 

We have been learning about the Annunciation story, where the Angel Gabriel visited Mary.
