Typical School Day

Key times:

 

School gates open 8.45am

 

School day starts 9am

 

Morning break 10.30am - 10.45am

 

Lunchtime 12.15 - 1.15pm

 

Afternoon break (Infants only) 2.15pm - 2.30pm

 

End of school day 3.15pm

Our school is currently open to the pupils for a total of 31 hours and 15 minutes each week.

 

We are currently considering how to ensure we offer 32.5 hours each week, to ensure we meet the expectation of the DfE for all state-funded mainstream schools to deliver a school week of at least 32.5 hours by September 2024, at the latest.
